Course Description

Africa Leadership and Management Academy (ALMA) is linked to the International Leadership University (ILU), a group of universities seeking to spearhead holistic transformation in Africa through biblically based leadership studies. The training partner of ILU is the International Leadership Foundation (ILF) which, runs transformational leadership short courses designed to multiply the transformational agenda since not all can or will attend ALMA or ILU.
